ENETIQA Group is an integral and stable part of the Czech energy market, where it has been operating for more than 30 years. I would therefore like to point out that ethical conduct is also a part of its DNA. Ethical conduct and decency in its very essence are based on the values that shape each of us from our birth, and this moral compass in each of us comes into being during our upbringing. Throughout our lives, we should strive to implement our ethical values as best as we can in both our personal and professional relationships, thus fulfilling the essence of this moral compass. In this context, I perceive each of our employees as someone who comes into our environment not only well prepared professionally, but also with clearly established values of ethical conduct. I am very aware of the importance of fair and ethical conduct in workplace relations. Our corporate values are based not only on the principle of fair relations between employees but also on the employee/employer relationship. I am convinced that by establishing transparent labour and interpersonal relations based on the principle of “open doors”, on mutual respect and on communication throughout the ENETIQA Group, we are fulfilling our common vision of a preferred employer and trusted partner. We approach the matter of social responsibility in the same way. I believe that this code of conduct for ENETIQA Group employees is close to all of our values and that by fulfilling it we are creating a corporate culture that we all share and positively perceive.

Our corporate culture is based on the principle of fair relations and mutual trust, both between employees and between employees and the employer. Mutual cooperation is based on good interpersonal/professional relations, with an emphasis on mutual respect/support and the fair resolution of labour disputes.
Discrimination in any form based on race, ethnic origin, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, belief or worldview is prohibited.
We do not accept any form of corruption, fraudulent conduct or conduct showing signs of conflict of interest. We do not accept or provide undue advantages of any kind. Any of our employees can report unethical/corrupt/fraudulent conduct through our internal whistleblowing system.
All ENETIQA Group employees shall at all times comply with all applicable national and European legislation. All internal regulations of the individual companies of the ENETIQA Group are compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements.
All relations with employees, customers, suppliers and state and local authorities and organisations are based on the principle of transparency and truthful communication of current activities or future plans. We respect all rules of competition and commercial practices.
By “loyalty” here we mean, in particular, employees’ commitment to protecting the ENETIQA Group’s legitimate interests and to being conscientious and responsible in the performance of their work activities. Managers and senior staff set an example for other employees through their behaviour.
We behave apolitically; we do not support any political parties or movements, nor any initiatives with a political goal. Employees’ political activities must be strictly separated from the work within ENETIQA Group.
The ENETIQA Group recognizes that sustainable development is not possible without rigorous environmental protection and carbon footprint reduction. In view of this, the ENETIQA Group ensures compliance with all environmental legislation in all its activities and strives to limit the environmental impact of its own activities and reduce industrial, health and environmental risks at its workplaces to the maximum extent possible.
We are reducing our carbon footprint, primarily by moving away from coal and replacing it with gas, as well as through the use of renewable energy sources and by building modern low-loss heat networks.
Safe workplaces and a healthy working environment for all employees and other persons in our workplaces are an absolute priority.
We provide quality and professional services. We are always looking for the solution that best suits our customers’ needs. We provide true, clear and complete information about our services. We always treat our suppliers with transparency and respect, and we expect them to comply with applicable legislation and ethical principles.
This Code of Conduct for ENETIQA Group Employees comes into force on 1 January 2025.
