The owner and operator of the website www.enetiqa.cz is the company ENETIQA a.s., based in Kačírkova 982/4, Postcode: 158 00, Prague 5 – Jinonice, ID: 496 85 490, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 14942 (hereinafter the "Operator"), which, in accordance with the Act no. 121/2000 Coll., on the Act of authors´ right, rights connected with the Authors 'right and changes of other Acts (hereinafter the "Copyright Act") is entitled to exercise property rights to this website.

The Operator hereby issues the Terms and Conditions for the use of the website www.enetiqa.cz (hereinafter the "Conditions"). These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all persons who intend to use the appropriate website www.enetiqa.cz (hereinafter the "User"). The User agrees with these Terms and Conditions by entering the website www.enetiqa.cz or using any information from this website www.enetiqa.cz.

The legal relationship arising between the Operator and the User of this website before the change or cancellation of the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the wording effective on the date of creation of such relationship. The Terms and Conditions of using this website www.enetiqa.cz were published on 22. 12. 2020 and are valid and effective since this date.  

Alternative extrajudicial disputes

In the case there is a consumer´s dispute between ENETIQA a.s. and consumer arising from the agreement on heat energy supply or purchase contracts, contracts for the provision of services in the field of heating, gas
and electricity, which can not be solved by mutual agreement, the consumer may file a petition for resolving such a dispute to a subject of alternative extrajudicial disputes, which is: Energy Regulatory Office, Department of Legal Consumer Protection, Pplk.
