MVV group comes up with a new product and energy solution tailored to developers

The new innovative product Develore of MVV Energie CZ group combines cost-saving measures in the area of heat and electricity production and supply, and investment capital for developers. The solution also brings benefits for end users – owners and tenants of all types of real estate. The new service was created in collaboration with the innovative IdeaSense studio through the Human Centered Design approach. The creator of the visual identity is SDMK Design.

"The energy demands of buildings is an increasingly important argument for both buyers and users. We are investing almost thirty years of experience in the domestic market, and the know-how of our parent company in Germany, in terms of operational efficiency and comfort," says Jörg Lüdorf, Chairman of the Board of MVV Energie CZ a.s., which is among the most of significant providers of energy performance contracting (EPC), and Energy Contracting (EC). After all, the environmentally friendly operation of buildings and other parameters of an environmentally responsible approach (ESG) are also starting to influence the conditions of financing banks, including mortgage interest rates.

Develore also involves capital input into the project based on so-called equity partnership. In combination with an energy-efficient solution financed by MVV, the developer thus achieves a higher return on capital.

Develore is a solution especially for development companies and small and medium-sized construction companies. It combines the rich know-how in the field of traditional energy of the MVV group with modern and flexible solutions that are also environmentally friendly. MVV uses renewable sources and modern technologies to reduce energy consumption and costs. A specific solution is always tailored to each project, where MVV finances project preparation, technology, and the implementation of the energy side.

Currently, the Develore team is cooperating, for example, with the Maverick Group on the construction of the Kladno Lesík residential complex. "At MVV, we like a unique combination of energy and financial solutions on the Czech market. We have acquired a strong and stable financial partner that is also able to design and implement modern energy solutions," says Vladimír Zuzák, Director of Maverick Group.

The Develore service provides developers with a stable base and the facilities of the renowned company MVV. "We have almost thirty years of experience in the Czech market with the design and provision of heat and electricity supplies to buildings. At the same time, our capital input improves the developer's position at financing banks," explains Ondřej Šumavský, MVV's innovation manager. Through the new product, the company is ready to implement dozens of projects a year.
